Ranea AI is a healthcare technology startup backed by AWS Startup and NVIDIA Inception. The platform provides AI agents for front desk management, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle operations — enabling clinics to automate patient engagement, appointment scheduling, prior authorizations, and billing without adding headcount. It integrates seamlessly with major EHR systems like Epic and Cerner, payment platforms, and communication tools.

My Role

Serving as Technical Advisor, guiding the team across multiple dimensions of the product and engineering lifecycle.

• Project management advisory — helping structure sprints, priorities, and delivery timelines
• Product management guidance — shaping feature roadmaps and user experience strategy
• Innovation consulting — evaluating emerging AI/ML capabilities and their applicability to healthcare workflows
• Technical feasibility analysis — assessing architectural decisions, integration complexity, and scalability concerns
• Performance optimization advisory — identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements

• AI Receptionist: Handles patient calls, scheduling, and front office communications with natural conversation (24/7)
• AI Scribe: Converts real-time patient conversations into structured, compliant clinical notes (SOAP, behavioral health)
