Overview
The platform I founded and run
VertigoWorks is my company and my flagship platform — a productized-service automation platform with a dynamic workflow builder and LLM integration from day one. I'm the sole technical operator: I handle all development, maintenance, and scaling, while a US-based co-founder runs the business side.
I scoped the whole build like an owner — decomposing it into 23 delivery milestones and shipping incrementally. It handles the full delivery stack, from orchestration through to client notifications.
What I built
The full delivery stack, solo
- A dynamic workflow builder at the core, with LLM integration wired in from the first milestone.
- A Turborepo/pnpm monorepo on Convex (reactive data) and Clerk (auth), with Resend + Twilio for notifications.
- Owned architecture → backend → frontend/UX → CI/CD → release — decomposed into 23 milestones, shipped incrementally.
