CloudFix – AWS Cost Optimization Platform

Overview

CloudFix is an enterprise-grade AWS cost optimization platform trusted by companies like Mastercard, Ryanair, Western Digital, BCG, and Moody's. The platform continuously scans AWS accounts, discovers new cost savings opportunities, and implements fixes around the clock — delivering 15–60% savings per AWS service.

My Role

Worked as a Backend Software Engineer on the core product at Trilogy/Crossover (Remote), contributing to the platform's savings engine and feature pipeline.

• Designed and developed savings opportunity Finders that analyze tenant AWS environments and surface actionable cost-reduction insights
• Built automated Fixers using Python scripts to remediate identified savings opportunities with zero downtime
• Developed new feature modules for emerging savings types and ideas, expanding the platform's optimization coverage across AWS services
• Led frontend maintenance and improvements for my team, ensuring the dashboard and reporting interfaces remained performant and user-friendly
• Worked in a high-intensity, 40-hour-per-week engineering culture with strict performance standards
